1) Divorced - ex refinances house adding almost K, legal battle of how and why this could happen, but nothing can be done to change current mortgage or his paying debt
2) have house I'm living in inspected' K structural flaws discovered, structural engineer confirmed, tried to sue builder but not in business, got appraisals, talked to real estatee agents, wrote & talked to politicians and charities but no help available.No expected proceeds from sale,
3) ex did not pay spousal and child support for 3 1/2 years . which will not be paid back to me.
4) In collections for K Credit Card debt of living expences during proceedings. Which lawyer said would be paid back to me by ex But It Will Not. Filed complaints about my lawyers but being a stupid lawyer is not malpractice
5) Divorce is final, Everything possible has been done to examine and challenge the above rulings.
6) Decreased all expences:. am trying to save for car, mortgage modification Denied.
7) Increaed Income: All jewelry sold, household items and clothes sold on ebay, took part-time low paying job, Due to health Problems can not work any more hours
Going Bankrupt: papers being filed right now

Does anyone see a way to survive this? I have 3 kids, insufficient equity to start over, no expected incease of income and will be getting an increase in medical expences.

I'll skip all the personal Dramas, but EX claiming no money still travels, has had 2 cars, gambles, has 0 phone and every video game console available. forged my 1040's to get a bigger alimony deduction. etc. etc. This Peter Pan is 55!

Michael Moore did a movie about health care because the cost of good health care has spiralled out of control. Funny, he gave trial lawyers a complete pass.

Did you know the USA is the ONLY country in the world that does not use the English based court system, where the loser pays the legal and other costs to the winning party. Guess what? No other country has the level of exccessive litigation, needless medical procedures, excessive malpractice insurance, courts paralyzed with frivolous law suits, etc, as we suffer with, in the USA.

I think I can see that Obama is being quiet and letting his boys do the right thing, building up an undeniable case against the Bush administration and hopefully will result in 150,000 law suits against these two guys. If you were a doctor and you didn't reveal the risks of a treatment and reality of the inaccuracy of your analysis that is a malpractice suit. Bush and Cheney have done the same thing! Are we p.o'd we had to go into Iraq? We probably would have had to anyway, but the point is regardless of success or failure, they broke their ethical and legal obligation to sincerely speak. In addition they instituted a police state breaking all the laws of the constitution. They are TRAITORS on more than one account. I hope Obamas guys do the right thing and bring these zealots to justice! Agree>?

Since Bush appointed John Roberts as the head justice of the Supreme Court, and the court became Republican dominated, the court has been obsessively conservative. They have sided with big business 100% of the time.

Environmentalists trying to hold corporations accountable for polluting our water supply, air, and land have lost 100% of the time.

People who have been wronged by corporations through corporate malpractice or injustice have lost 100% of the time.

All cases brought to the court, ALL CASES INVOLVING A CORPORATION, have been won by the corporation.

Is that right? Is the corporation correct 100% of the time? Did you know this?

Why is the corporation right 100% of the time?
Why does the supreme court rule in favor of the corporation 100% of the time?
Does this mean that the corporation can essentially do as it wants and you have no legal recourse?

Need I remind you that the supreme court has now given corporations even more power to influence and elect our politicians.

Do you really want a future for your children where corporations elect our Senators, Congressmen, Governors, and Presidents?
Do you really want a future where the corporations are ruled correct 100% of the time?
